“Hi, I'm Stacey Paige, welcome to the Five Minute Fix podcast, weekly meditations to soothe, heal and inspire.
Freedom is one of my absolute favorite words, and I love contemplating it. What does it mean to me? What does it look like in my life?
And how do I get it? Whether it be time money freedom, freedom of expression, or any other way it enhances my life, I believe the path begins within. I invite you to join me in this meditation, to move inward, to expand outward in freedom.
Come into a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest, your belly.
As you slowly inhale, feel a sense of calm and peace entering your body.
Softly exhale, releasing any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
Slowly breathe in calm and peace.
Fully exhale, letting go of any worries or constraints that are weighing you down.
Picture yourself somewhere where you can see the sky above, clear and limitless, stretching out as far as your eye can see. You could be on a beach, at the top of a mountain, “at the edge of a field.
Feel the air on your skin.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center. Imagine a bright, radiant light glowing here. This light represents your inner freedom.
With each breath, see this light growing brighter and expanding outward, filling your entire body.
Allow this light to dissolve any feelings of restriction or limitation. Meditation with Stacey Paige Repeat silently to yourself. I am free.
I am limitless.
I am connected to the infinite possibilities of life.
Thank Now, reflect on your life. Are there any areas of your life where you feel confined or restricted?
Imagine these constraints as chains, fences, or barriers around you.
One by one, see these chains, fences, barriers, breaking, crumbling, and dissolving, leaving you completely free and unbound.
Maintaining this feeling, bring your attention back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Take a deep breath in, feeling revitalized and empowered.
And softly exhale.
When you're ready, gently open your eyes. Carry the sense of freedom and expansiveness with you as you go about your day. And know you have the power to align with your inner freedom at any moment.
