“Hi, I'm Stacey Paige, welcome to the Five Minute Fix podcast, weekly meditations to soothe, heal, and inspire.



As spiritual beings, our authentic self is in harmony with the vibrational energy of the universe, the qualities which are abundance, joy, love, peace, health. And what we energetically align with, outwardly expresses itself in our life, what we refer to as our manifestations. As we grow and want to create more freedom and meaning in our lives, we look within not to change anything in our essence, but rather to see what is holding us back.



Let's move into this week's meditation, getting unstuck from what's holding you back. Come into a comfortable, seated position, close your eyes, take a few slow, deep breaths as you begin to center into your body.



Now, bringing your awareness to the top of your head, relax your scalp completely. Feel the skin of your forehead and temples relax.



Allow your eye muscles to release.



And continue that softening feeling in your ears, nose, chin, tongue, even your gums. Let this peaceful feeling flow down your neck.



Feel it soothe your throat and dissolve any tension on contact as it glides down your shoulders, moves into your upper arms, forearms, wrists, and hands. Feel that relaxation move into your torso, as your shoulder blades drip down your back.



Feel your chest soften, allowing your heart to become more expansive. Allowing for more love to emanate forth.



Soften your belly muscles. And let this relaxation penetrate even deeper, releasing tension from your internal organs.



Feel it wrap around you, softening your back muscles all the way down to the base of your spine.



Feel the relaxation move into your hips, your legs, and your feet.



Continue to breathe deeply.



Breathe in perfect health, joy, and harmony.



Breathe out tension, toxins, and worries.



Breathe in peace, love, and abundance.



Breathe out anything that doesn't serve your vibrant, authentic self.



With your inner eye, scan your body. Is there anything else that needs clearing? Any sticky residue, old beliefs, fears, doubts that are hanging on.



Acknowledge and thank all of it for whatever lessons it has brought into your life, for wanting to keep you safe. And then breathe love and light into those spaces.



Release and let it go with your exhalation.



You are meant to create great things. You have the power within you to overcome any obstacle. Your spirit is creative, resilient, and unstoppable.



You are a co-creator with the universe.



With each breath, feel your energy lighter and brighter. Feel a sense of liberation and empowerment. Your heart is open, your spirit is free, and you are aligned with love, abundance, joy, and purpose.



Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.



Take a few more deep breaths, grounding yourself in limitless potential and possibility.



And when you feel moved to do so, slowly opening your eyes. Namaste.”
