“Hi, I'm Stacey Paige, welcome to the Five Minute Fix podcast, weekly meditations to soothe, heal, and inspire.



In early spring, the days are growing longer and the air warmer. There's growth and regeneration all around us, in nature, and also within us and our lives. One of my favorite practices around this time of year is to really look at my life, to look at what is coming forth, what's manifesting, and ask myself, what do I want to nurture, and what's manifesting that's hindering my growth and renewal.



Sometimes what's showing up in our experience is really something we called into being from a previous version of ourselves. If you're listening to this podcast, you're a spiritual seeker. As we do our spiritual work, our self-discovery, we're continually going deeper within ourselves, healing pain and trauma, and associated false limiting beliefs.



We choose what we want to nurture, and what we want to let die off, acknowledging our courage and honoring ourselves in the process with self-love and self-care. Let's move into the meditation. Meditation.
