I have a childhood friend—let’s call her Sara.
If you met her, you’d like her immediately. She’s kind, funny (albeit in a self-depreciating kind of way), incredibly thoughtful… and somehow always caught in a storm.
Relationships fall apart out of nowhere.
Dream jobs slip through her fingers at the last second.
Every time she finds the “perfect” house, something bizarre happens—financing falls through, a pipe bursts during inspection, or the seller ghosts her mid-contract. (Yes, that actually happened.)
She’ll always tell you, half-laughing, half-resigned: “If something can go wrong in my life, it will.”
And when it does (because trust me, ultimately it does), she says, “See? Told you.”
And then me being equally as predictable as Sara, I jump into coaching mode.
I've watched her life play out like this over and over, and I KNOW how she can bust out!

Enter Week 2 of The 12 Laws of Karma:✨ The Law of Creation
You are ALWAYS creating, whether you mean to––or not.
The Law of Creation says: You are not a passive observer—you are a powerful co-creator of your life.
Trust me, that's worth reading again.
We’re not just here to react to whatever shows up.
We’re here to participate in what unfolds.
And we’re doing it all the time, whether we realize it or not.
Our thoughts, our beliefs, our words, our actions—every one of them is like a puzzle piece towards the life we’re shaping.
The Law of Creation doesn’t sit around and say,“Wait—are you sure you want more of that self-doubt?”
Nope. It just keeps responding to the energy we’re putting out.
So if you keep repeating the story, “Nothing ever works out for me”, guess what gets created?
Exactly.
You know how Siri is always listening to what you're saying?
So is the Universe.
But this law isn’t about blame or getting down on ourselves for what shows up. It’s about power.
It means we get to stop living by default and start living on purpose.
We get to choose our input so we can shift the output.
And here's the key: We need inner work and outer work.
Both.
Always.
So what's our inner work?
It's step one. This is your foundation.
Get clear on what you actually want—not just what you think you should want.
Heal the beliefs that tell you you can’t have it.
Align your energy with the version of you who already knows it’s possible.
This is the part where you slow down, drop in, and listen. Meditation, journaling, yoga, breathwork, long walks in nature with no earbuds in—whatever gets you connected to your inner compass.
And our outer work?
That's step two. Inspired action.
Here’s where things get real.
Feel a nudge to make a phone call? Call.
See a class that lights you up? Enroll.
Get an idea at 2 a.m. that makes your heart race? Write it down. Act on it.
These nudges are prompts from the Universe, escorting you down the path of bringing those things that you crave into manifestation.
It’s built through aligned effort—action that’s fueled by clarity, not by force.
So what are you creating?
If you'd like a little help with creating with intention and purpose, I’ve created a 5-minute guided meditation to help you do just that.🎧 Create What You Crave: The Law of Creation
