There was absolutely a defining moment in my career – a moment that completely shifted the trajectory of my life. For years, I worked as a high-end event planner in New York City. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
Resilience for me is deeply rooted in my daily spiritual practice. Each day, I carve out time to step away from the chaos of the outer world and the chatter of my own mind. I go within – beneath the layers of ego, fear, and distraction – to the seat of my soul, my higher self.

Hi Stacey, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I wanted to do something that was meaningful to me. Many years ago I went into business for myself as an event planner. I was very successful in that venture financially, but it didn’t fulfill me. I didn’t feel like I was making a big, positive impact in the world. I’ve gone through a couple of really challenging times in my life. One was in my physical health. I was given a prognosis by doctors that I would be spending the rest of my life essentially in bed. I refused to accept that. It didn’t feel right. I embarked on a journey to vibrant health and wellness.
