Soundbath and Guided Meditation

Service Description

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening that blends guided meditation and immersive sound healing, honoring both Valentine’s Day and the powerful energies of the Year of the Fire Horse, which begins just days later. We’ll begin with a guided meditation designed to gently settle your nervous system and bring you inward. In this meditation, we’ll explore the themes of the Year of the Horse – freedom, momentum, passion, courage, and forward movement – inviting clarity around what you’re ready to ignite, release, and call in as this new cycle begins. This is a time to reconnect with your heart, your inner fire, and the energy you want to carry into the year ahead. You may wish to bring your journal to capture any insights, intentions, or messages that arise. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound healing experience, where you will be deeply immersed in transformative sounds and vibrations. Crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra, the Chau gong, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and more will wash over your body, bringing you into a state of harmony. An array of essential oils will be available for you to choose from, allowing you to further personalize and deepen your experience. This workshop is designed to support you in: Relaxing the body Calming the mind Clearing stagnant or stuck energy Activating your natural healing systems Creating space for intention, connection, and renewal In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, you’re invited to share this experience with someone you love – your partner, spouse, or a close friend. Pricing: $30 per person Bring someone special: 2 people for $45 You will be lying on the floor for much of this event. Please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable: thick yoga or exercise mat, pillows, blankets, eye mask, and anything else that helps you settle in.
